Wood Roasted Humanity Salmon 原木炙烤人道鮭魚
Our Huon Salmon sides are dried, salted and left to cure, then smoked with red-gum woodchips using traditional slow smoking methods. Fillets are smoked for up to 7 hours which helps draw out the natural oils of the salmon. Our portions are ready to serve and come in natural, sweet chilli, blackened spice and Thai Lemongrass flavours.
